Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty departed for Brussels on Sunday to hold meetings with senior officials at European Union institutions, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Abdelatty is scheduled to travel on Monday to Luxembourg, where he will assume the co‑chairmanship of the 11th Egypt–EU Association Council meeting.
On the sidelines of the council session, the minister will hold a series of bilateral talks with European foreign ministers and senior officials to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international developments, the statement added.
