Badr University in Cairo recognized in 2025 Times Higher Education Impact Rankings
Badr University in Cairo (BUC) has announced its inclusion in the prestigious 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, which assess universities worldwide based on their contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
According to the new rankings, Badr University is listed in the 801–1000 bracket among higher education institutions assessed for their societal impact.
Dr. Ibrahim Elkalla, Vice President of Badr University, expressed his pride in this achievement. In a statement, he noted that the university has realized significant scientific advancements and has consistently climbed international rankings, attributing this progress to a strong commitment to scientific research and the publication of studies in esteemed global journals.
Dr. Elkalla emphasized that these strides have positively impacted the university’s reputation both locally and internationally.
