Egypt and Qatar intensify diplomatic efforts to achieve Gaza ceasefire
Egyptian and Qatari officials are stepping up their diplomatic efforts to secure a ceasefire in Gaza, according to sources at Al-Qahera News.
Egypt’s intelligence chief has been holding meetings with the Qatari Prime Minister, as well as with Palestinian and Israeli negotiation teams. These talks are aimed at overcoming the remaining obstacles to a ceasefire agreement.
Both Egypt and Qatar agree on the urgent need to reach a ceasefire, facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, and arrange for the release of detainees and hostages.
Egyptian, Qatari, and American mediators are intensifying their contacts and discussions with all parties involved, seeking to calm the situation in Gaza and move towards a peaceful resolution.
