Cairo International Airport welcomes inaugural Air China flight
Cairo International Airport marked a momentous occasion on Wednesday as it welcomed the very first Air China flight arriving from Beijing. The aircraft received a celebratory water salute upon touching down—a longstanding tradition signaling the launch of a new route.
Air China plans to operate three weekly flights between Beijing and Cairo, illustrating the deepening partnership and fruitful cooperation between Egypt and China across various sectors. The new route is expected to boost tourism, business travel, trade exchanges, and cargo movement between the two countries.
It is also noteworthy that Egypt Aviation Services will provide comprehensive ground services for Air China at Cairo International Airport, further strengthening bilateral ties in the aviation sector.
