Professional training opportunity for aspiring Japanese cuisine chefs
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan is pleased to announce a distinguished culinary training program, designed to nurture the next generation of Japanese cuisine professionals.
According to the Japanese Embassy in Cairo, this program is specifically tailored for foreign chefs between the ages of 18 and 35 who are committed to building expertise in Japanese culinary arts. Participants will have the unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of Japanese food, culinary traditions, and authentic ingredients through comprehensive, hands-on training in Japan.
Two training courses are available:
- Short-term course: Five weeks in Japan
- Long-term course: Six months in Japan
All travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered for successful applicants.
